Use a low-power vacuum cleaner for day-to-day maintenance (be careful not to vacuum against the grain). If it gets stained, use a standard stain remover and clean the stain before it becomes impossible to get out. For more precise information about cleaning your rug, please read the product sheet that comes with it.

As part of our sustainable production approach, our collections are produced in small quantities or made to order.

If all the products in your order are in stock, they will be sent within 3 working days.

If some products are made to order, your order will be dispatched according to the shipping time of the most distant product, when all products are available.

In addition, depending on the delivery option you choose, your order will be shipped from our warehouse to your home.

Returns:

At The Socialite Family, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days* of receipt of your order.

*For the festive season, we are extending our return period. For all orders placed from 19 November, you have until 22 January to make a return.

We kindly ask that you return the products to us properly protected and in their original packaging, in new and unused condition. They must be in perfect condition for resale.

Our rugs are woven at the heart of the Pinton manufacture, a workshop with remarkable craftsmanship since 1867. Labeled as a Living Heritage Company and based in Felletin, in the Creuse region, it contributes to the development of French textile art worldwide. It is one of the greatest references in exceptional rugs and tapestries, which over the years has seen artists such as Calder, Delaunay, Le Corbusier, or more recently Enzo Cucchi, Joe Tilson, or Etel Adnan.
