Clean your tray daily with a damp sponge and then dry it with a dry cloth. Do not use abrasive products or sponges. Do not put it in the dishwasher or clean it with a lot of water as this could cause the felt pads to come off. Do not let water stand. Be sure not to expose your tray to heat above 40°.

Standard UPS delivery to your mailbox or doorstep.

Shipping time:

As part of our sustainable production approach, our collections are produced in small quantities or made to order.

If all the products in your order are in stock, they will be sent within 3 working days.

If some products are made to order, your order will be dispatched according to the shipping time of the most distant product, when all products are available. In addition, depending on the delivery option you choose, your order will be shipped from our warehouse to your home.

Returns:

At The Socialite Family, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days* of receipt of your order.

*For the festive season, we are extending our return period. For all orders placed from 19 November, you have until 22 January to make a return.

We kindly ask that you return the products to us properly protected and in their original packaging, in new and unused condition. They must be in perfect condition for resale.
