Our Como Bed Linen “Seen by”: Four Inspiring Women

The bed is our family rendez-vous! It’s a special place, far from all the hustle and bustle. A personal, intimate place where we come together as a couple, but also with the children to spend quality time together… So, to celebrate mothers and family, we wanted to see how five mums with different styles and temperaments used the bed linen we created for them on their beds and in their own lives. Its name? Como. Made in woven cotton gauze, muslin, the same material once used for babies’ nappies! Available in duvet covers, pillowcases and fitted sheets, our range includes three colours and four sizes, designed for use by young and old alike. An infinite number of possibilities are highlighted in these four ways of sleeping and making a bed. Four different feels too! One that’s in tune with Marie Faure Ambroise (3 children, founder of My Travel Dreams), Eugénie de Mortemart (3 children, illustrator) and Audrey Borrego (3 children, influencer) who confess a boundless love for their duvet. They curl up in it irrespective of the season, even in summer! That particular idea of the “cocoon” bed where we accumulate a multitude of pillows and where soft, light textures like ours take pride of place. Stéphanie Zwicky (2 children, blogger) even goes so far as to spray her Como set with her favourite Kerzon fragranced mist after washing. A comforter effect that toddlers love after lingering with their parents in our vintage-coloured creations… and mums love them too, mixing and matching them to create their own effects! Contrasting and joyful combinations for the designer or an old-fashioned assortment for the creator of the Audrey 5 October Instagram account. A poetic effect that Stephanie, originally from Switzerland, uses twice (one cover each instead of one for two) to suit her “Scandinavian-style” sleeping arrangements, and it will soon be your turn to make it your own!

A gift for Mother’s Day (or all the year round) to give to yourself or your favourite person, our Como bed linen in airy and natural cotton gauze is to be found in The Socialite Family‘s e-shop.
