Inspiration: The Most Beautiful Terraces Featured by The Socialite Family
Whether they are bathed in glorious sunshine or jealously guarding a little coolness, our families’ terraces are all secret corners cleverly laid out for relaxation when the fine weather arrives. Real invitations to indulgence in a little laziness that take you on a journey from the South of France to Spain! The starting point is Marseille, where Adeline Coquerelle’s rooftop terrace is warming up in the Mediterranean heat not far from Olivier Amsellem’s cabana, Jogging-Samena. The kind of heat one prefers to avoid in Bordeaux, protected by a patio at Cécile Perrinet-Lhermitte’s home, when it is not surrounded by limewashed walls at Olivia Thébaut’s in the Médoc or even by wooden blinds at the home of Catalans by adoption, Barbara Bruno and Gerard Lazcano. So many types of terraces, so different in terms of their layout, their level of sunlight or the view they offer, but they all agree on one point: to inspire us to design and enjoy our outdoor living spaces!
