Inspiration
In search of great literature and small everyday joys, or the other way around. These are the pillars of L'Arte della Gioia, our new back-to-school collection.

L'Arte della Gioia
In this sophisticated interior, the only objects that count are the ones which are perfectly chosen or second-hand, delicately woven, joyfully combined. The Hungarian points creak. The light changes. And from page to page, the adventures continue. The gaze detaches itself for a moment and settles. It is the eye's delight for a true form, a delicate material, an object which is sufficient in itself. Nothing but delight in this house of all imaginations. "I love that moment of pleasure where you turn your gaze away from a book and it suddenly falls on that carefully selected armchair, lamp or tapestry. And then your heart starts racing," says Constance Gennari, our founder and artistic director.

The art of composition
One of the great joys of going back to school comes from arranging your interior like a painting or a novel full of adventures. We have a great history around fabrics, even more so around mixing them. They all fit together, they all combine and each one develops its own power. "I love textured fabrics! I like them to be alive, I like to be able to feel the weaver's hand in it. I love the relief of the fabrics in this new collection." From the velvety
to the second-hand armchairs reupholstered with foliage, including the
whose woven canvas is reminiscent of the wall tapestries of the 1970s, the possibilities are immense.
In a nod to the iconic base of the Gioia, our new
takes the shape of a flower.
The art of contrasts
"The decoration is a story of contrast where the large gaps which seem audacious are actually terribly joyful." At The Socialite Family, we like to place the
brushed metal coffee table, with its seventies feel, in the very centre of our
sculptural rug, inspired by Renaissance gardens in the style of Le Nôtre. And to light it all up? Our new
fixture, very 1980s, whose recycled acrylic and brass finish brilliantly participate in this game of oppositions.
Experiment with the art of textured fabrics and colors with the new variations of our
chairs and the unique pink of the iconic

rug, a standalone floor ornament.

The art of colours
The three-colour rule in decoration is challenged. The challenge of daring to go beyond all conventions to stimulate your decoration. L'Arte della Gioia is the collection par excellence which encourages you to play with textures, patterns and nuances. Tweed blue, warm ochre, foliage tapestry blend perfectly with vermilion wool or deep emerald-green velvet. Pink, for its part, has found a place for itself: "Each color has its interesting nuances. This is the case with pink, which we like to make our own, sometimes making it electric or, quite the reverse, softer. For this new collection, we worked on it in the Studio so that it is powdery or even brick-like."
This season, the sofa
is adorned with a cream woven fabric, and the majestic
rug makes its entrance.
The exquisite
mirror is now available in a brick color.
The art of shapes
Triangular silhouettes make their grand entrance with the L'Arte della Gioia collection: in the Triangolo table, but also in the Stelle light fixture and in a touch with the geometric patterns of the Medaglia rug. Clean lines which we can also find with the Scala rug and its notched borders. A remarkable work due to its form, which requires four times as much time to produce at the prestigious Manufacture Pinton.
Experiment with color combinations by pairing the
in green marble with the new
rug in pink.

L'Arte Della Gioia is all of these things at once
The art of choosing your furniture with care, of scripting your decor like the greatest of stories.
