Shipping:
You will have the option to choose your preferred delivery methods during checkout. The exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, depending on the destination address, the weight and size of items.
* Standard Delivery: delivery is made to your door. Our carrier will call you to schedule a delivery date and estimated time.
* In-Home Delivery: includes two-man service, placement in a room of your choice and removal of packaging. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a call to arrange a 2-hour delivery time frame from Monday to Friday.
Depending on your delivery country, in-home delivery may not be possible.
If this is the case, please contact our support team. We will be happy to
assist you in the shipping process.
For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs fees will be
charged to the delivery address and will be requested at the time of the
delivery.
Shipping time:
As part of our sustainable production approach, our collections are produced in small quantities or made to order.
If all the products in your order are in stock, they will be sent within 3 working days.
If some products are made to order, your order will be dispatched according
to the shipping time of the most distant product, when all products are
available.
In addition, depending on the delivery option you choose, your order will
be shipped from our warehouse to your home.
Returns:
At The Socialite Family, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are
unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns
within 14 days* of receipt of your order.
*For the festive season, we are extending our return period. For all orders placed from 19 November, you have until 22 January to make a return.
We kindly ask that you return the products to us properly protected and in their original packaging, in new and unused condition. They must be in perfect condition for resale.
