Use a low-power vacuum cleaner for day-to-day maintenance (be careful not to vacuum against the grain). If it gets stained, use a standard stain remover and clean the stain before it becomes impossible to get out. For more precise information about cleaning your rug, please read the product sheet that comes with it.

In addition, depending on the delivery option you choose, your order will be shipped from our warehouse to your home.

Returns:

At The Socialite Family, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. We kindly ask that you return the products to us properly protected and in their original packaging, in new and unused condition. They must be in perfect condition for resale.
